Kelvyn is the managing director of Conger Electrical and formed the company 25 years ago. Kelvyn is a time served electrician and calls upon years of experience to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. He has built a team of reliable and hardworking staff to help with the continued success of the company.

Simon Windsor |
| Simon is the longest serving member of the team with Conger Electrical. Originally taken on as an apprentice Simon has attended Salisbury College and achieved the necessary qualifications to become an electrician. A conscientious and hard worker he is a valued member of the team. |

Paul Thompson |
| Paul is the senior electrician with Conger Electrical and is now with us for his second spell having rejoined us in 2002. Paul is a time served electrician, and is extremely proficient in his field. Paul is an excellent problem solver, and calls upon his years of experience to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. |

Jeremy Goodridge |
| Jeremy has been with us since July 2000 when he started as an adult trainee. Having no previous experience in the industry he attended Bournemouth College alongside his normal working pattern and achieved his qualifications. Recently he has returned to college to study for and pass his Testing and Inspection Course. Jeremy offers an attention to detail and high standards of workmanship to the team. |

Matt Steele |
| Matt is another member of the team on his second spell having rejoined in 2002. Matt is now the Contracts Manager at Conger Electrical and is responsible for supervising contracts from quote to invoice. |

Dave Windsor |
| Dave has worked for Conger since March 2006. With his years of experience in the retail industry he brings an excellent level of customer service to the company. Dave is currently studying at Salisbury College and exceeding all expectations in his level of attainment. Dave and Simon are brothers who we like to refer to as "The Royal Brothers". |

(Fireman) Sam French |
| Sam works with Conger Electrical as an apprentice. Now in his second year Sam attends Salisbury College on a day release basis where he is studying for his qualifications. Sam is an enthusiastic member of the team and we believe he will do well in the industry. |

Benjamin Renouf |
| Benjamin joins Conger after spending two years studying at College. Another member of the team to have made a career change Ben comes from a customer service background. Ben brings with him high levels of customer care and a very good knowledge base. He has a good approach to technical problems and with more hands on experience promises to do well in the electrical industry. Benjamin is the companies representative at Romsey BNI. |

Nick Green |
|
Nick joins the company in 2008 direct from Ringwood School, and starts work as an apprentice. Nick will soon be attending Salisbury college where he will be studying towards his electrical qualifications.

Jim Read |
|
Jim is employed with Conger as a storesperson. Jim is a 'retired' electrician and seems at his happiest while clearing up after the lads in the stores. Jim often reminds us how easy we have it nowadays with his tales of a long and varied career and life. Jim is an extremely valued and very important member of the team.
