We work closely with our clients from the specification stage right through to final commissioning to ensure the system meets their exact requirements. We have carried out complex systems for testing equipment, which includes calibrated measuring equipment and touch screen human interfaces, and less complex systems for the controls of swimming pool plant.
We are fully conversant with a wide range of manufacturers products including Allen Bradley Telemecanique, Siemens and Omron to name a few. After a short process of familiarization we are also able to work with other manufacturers products. Our control systems can be built on your own premises or on our premises in Ringwood, or even a combination of both.
All systems undergo rigorous testing that encompasses simulated running processes and faults through to insulation resistance and earth testing. Legends and labels for control systems are professionally produced using computer aided technology and either vinyl labels or more durable engraved items. |
